Known anchors

• September UAT/QA gate — QA and UAT must complete before the cutover flip (Source).
• Big-bang launch — full data sync + DNS / CDN flip on launch day, with a brief parallel-operation window with Magento (Source). See migration.

File a project-management snapshot (Jira epic ranges, Confluence roadmap page) as a type: ticket-snapshot or type: reference-doc contribution to populate the schedule.
